The Loft is the top floor of the house and is completely private for your stay. Featuring a hotel-quality King Bed, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and private balcony, you will have everything you need to de-stress and enjoy the beautiful scenery. 

The Roost is a multi-storey house with the entire top floor being for your private use as The Loft, the main floor is the residence of your host and is invite-only. It is a working farm and you are welcome to explore with permission of your host. 

We are pet friendly, all pets must be kept on a leash while on the property to ensure the safety of all parties due to livestock and horses being in close vicinity.

Welcome to our one-of-a-kind 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Newtown! Our space is perfect for travellers seeking a unique and comfortable place to stay while exploring this vibrant neighbourhood.

This apartment has a resort feeling including pool and gym just steps from the back door and lovely gardens in the apartment complex. 

The living area is unlike any other with gorgeous and colourful interior design, Chromecast TV, air conditioning and sliding doors to the private, enclosed outdoor area. The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper and features an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, stovetop and double sink plus pots, pans and dinnerware. There is bar seating between the kitchen and living room. 

There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, air conditioning, walk in closet and ensuite! The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and closet space. 

As well as the ensuite, the main bathroom has a toilet, shower and bath! Also in the main bathroom is a washer and dryer. 

Outside the sliding doors is a private, enclosed outdoor area with dining table, deck chairs and pool inflatables for your enjoyment. When you exit the back gate you are just steps from the gym and pool facilities. Just downstairs on the street there are a host of places to eat from cheap eats through to Michelan starred restaurants. 

Within walking distance there is the University of Sydney, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Dendy Cinemas Newtown, Enmore Theatre, Seymour Centre, Camperdown Tennis courts and so much more! It is a 35 minute walk to Darling Harbour and 45 minutes to the Sydney Tower Eye. 

There is fantastic public transport in the area. It is just 150 metres from the lobby to King St after Queen St Bus Stop and a 4 minute walk to Newtown train station. It is 17 minutes from Sydney Airport.

Set in front of a stunning backdrop of cherry blossoms and citrus trees our Cherry Blossom Glamping Tent at La Paloma Farm is a gorgeous and welcoming stay in the heart of central NSW. The tent features a comfortable Queen bed, heating and a curated welcome basket of wine and treats to ensure you feel pampered from the moment you arrive. Wake up to views of the mountains, witness incredible sunsets, gaze at the milky way at night and hear the tranquil sounds of the Australian wildlife.

The on-grid tent has lighting, an electric fireplace for heating and power points to charge your devices. As well as the Queen bed it has two ottomans for seating and a kettle with tea, coffee and sugar. The bathroom block is shared between the three listings on the property and has a fantastic rain shower with hot water, two flushing toilets in private stalls, a large sink and mirror. Towels are provided for your convenience. 

Kitchen & Dining:
Our unique kitchen and dining area is located in our working shearing shed! In the centre is the 6 seater dining table naturally oiled with wool lanolin. For your use is a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, air fryer, induction plate, microwave, sink, plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, mugs and a chopping board. The kitchen & dining area is shared with other guests. 

We use a coded lock on the tent which allows contactless check in. 

The hosts live in the house on the working farm and are around but respect your privacy. You do not share bathroom facilities with the host.

The Eco-Tourism tent is completely off-grid to have minimal environmental impact. 

The exterior of the tent is a strong canvas for great weatherproofing and the outdoor deck area overlooks spectacular views of the property and wildlife. Relax under the shade umbrella on the luxury day bed or in the hammock. As you enter the tent you are greeted by a welcome gift of Sustainably made Australian Wine and chocolates. The tent features a comfortable Queen Bed, 240V Power with lights, device charging and cooling fans. There is also a wood-fired stove inside and fire-pit outside. There is fast Wifi throughout the property including in the tent, perfect for remote workers. 

The property has much to explore with Jilliby creek as the boundary and 2 wonderful forests with abundant native wildlife. Please keep on a leash for safety of your pet and other guests, the property has unfenced access to a creek and the neighbours property has horses. Be aware of native wildlife and potential diseases and injuries including snakes and insects. Bring your pets at your own risk. The property owners and listing agent are not liable for any harm. 
No vehicles of any kind are allowed on the grass. Please park in the designated parking area. 
Property is suitable for children under supervision at all times, there is unfenced access to Jilliby creek, horses on the neighbouring property and other guests' pets. The Jilliby Creek Glamping Tent is not recommended for infants.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am daily.
No Parties or Events at any time. Be courteous of other guests. No fireworks, guns or explosives are to be discharged on the property. 
Please clean up after yourself when using shared amenities for the enjoyment of other guests. 
Public/Shared areas are under video surveillance. Fees & penalties apply for damages and/or theft of any items. 

The middle section of the Historical Clubhouse is not accessible by guests. All doors are locked and the area is monitored by security cameras. There is some historical information on the windows/doors for guests to read, and you can see inside. However this area is Strictly OFF Limits to guests. Any forced entry or damage will see Police notified.

Set on a level platform at the base of a picturesque hill our Valley Views Glamping Tent is Off-Grid Eco Tourism at its best. Enjoy waking up to stunning panoramic views of the working La Paloma farm with sheep, alpacas and horses roaming beneath you. The tent features a luxurious Queen bed, wood fired stove with kettle for heating and tea and coffee, two ottomans for seating, a curated welcome basket with Wine and treats plus an outdoor fire and furniture. It is powered by solar panels so you have lights and can charge all your devices while enjoying the tranquillity of the remote environment. 

Cherry Blossom Glamping Tent:
